Our terms

By checking the box at checkout and completing your purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service with Erigo Design, registered in the Netherlands under Chamber of Commerce number 75362007 (“Erigo”).

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at erigodesign.com

Services

We offer subscription-based website services with the following plans:

Pro Website – $199/month

Custom website design
Hosting & security included
Ongoing website maintenance
Unlimited website updates
Ongoing support from our team

Content Boost – $299/month

Everything in Pro Website, plus:
4 blog posts per month
2 Google Business Profile posts per week
Automated review collection

Content Max – $399/month

Everything in Pro Website, plus:
8 blog posts per month
4 Google Business Profile posts per week
Automated review collection

AI Site Chat – $99/month

AI chatbot integration
Only available as add-on to existing plans

All websites are designed as static, conversion-focused business sites with lead capture tools and a blog. Complex, custom coded features are not included.

Turnaround Time
We aim to complete new requests and revisions within a reasonable time based on the scope of work. Most edits are completed within a few business days. Larger requests may take longer.

Client responsibility

You are responsible for providing materials for your website, including images and brand assets such as logos and graphics. Our plans include copywriting, but do not include logo design, graphic design, or brand identity design.
If you do not provide suitable images or brand materials, we will use royalty-free materials at our discretion.
You are also responsible for ensuring that all materials you supply are accurate, lawful, and properly licensed for use.
We rely on your timely feedback and content submissions to complete work efficiently. Delays in providing required materials or approvals may extend delivery times.

Billing and cancellation

Billing starts on your sign-up date and recurs monthly in advance.
If a payment fails or is not received on time, we reserve the right to pause or terminate your services immediately until the balance is settled.
You may cancel any time by emailing info@erigodesign.com.
Cancellation takes effect immediately. We stop providing services upon cancellation.
No partial or pro-rated refunds are provided.

Ownership and use

All websites, code, and designs remain the property of Erigo.
You are granted a license to use the website and related services for as long as your subscription is active and paid.
If you cancel, your access and license to the website end immediately.

Satisfaction guarantee

We provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee: if you are not happy with your site, we will continue making changes at no extra cost until you are satisfied.
There are no setup fees.
The price you lock in at signup is yours to keep for as long as your subscription remains active.

Disclaimers and liability

We strive to provide reliable and secure service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Erigo is not responsible for any losses, damages, or claims arising from use of our services, including lost profits or business opportunities.
Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the month before the issue arose.

Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by applicable laws. If you are a consumer, you will always retain the protections provided to you by the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.

Entire agreement

These Terms of Service make up the entire agreement between you and Erigo regarding our services and replace any prior agreements or understandings.

Electronic acceptance

By checking the acceptance box at checkout, you agree to these Terms electronically. This has the same legal effect as a signed written agreement.
